About Us

Rossano Flores, Trainer

I have been an Instructor and Trainer for the past 8 years. I began my training career at International Martial Arts Academy in Fort Lauderdale, FL where I trained students from age 4 to 77 gain the confidence to achieve their fitness goals. It was during this period that I knew what I wanted to do. I wanted to help people achieve their goals to a healthier lifestyle whether it’s through overall fitness or martial arts.

After 4 years at the martial arts school, I decided to broaden my knowledge by mentoring under Matt Pack of Primal Fit Miami and Mike Fitch of Global Bodyweight Training (Creator of Animal Flow). Through Primal Fit and GBT I was able to advance my experience and knowledge of coaching with a variety of exercise modalities that encompass multi planes of the body to achieve strength, weight loss and symmetry.

My experience is not limited to the general population. I have trained athletes of all levels ranging from high school to collegiate. I also coordinated a fitness program for special needs organizations. I truly believe fitness can benefit everyone. The only limitations we have are the ones we set within ourselves. Always focus on where you are going to and not what you are going through only then can you achieve your goals.

Veronica Banuelos, Trainer

Meet Coach V! She is a certified Personal Trainer as well as having been certified in fitness nutrition. A small package she is; but powerful, strong and motivating are her private training sessions and classes.

V specializes in Group Fitness training, Women’s Fitness & Total Body Transformation. Utilizing her studies from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) each class and/or private session is designed with the client’s goals in mind. Having knowledge of body and muscle mechanics V can design a program for any client, whether you are just starting out, or ready to be pushed to the next level. School’s in session and Coach V is ready to go!

Mitch Stein, Athletic Director

Athletic Director Mitch Stein has battled weight loss for most of his adult life. Growing up, he was a Top 16 swimmer and played Water Polo internationally. However, he began to gain weight the second he stopped swimming.

Over the years, he has tried several times to take the weight off and three different times he lost 50 pounds – only to gain it back soon after.

However, in 2013 he started juicing and working out with Head Coach Shawn Parker. By incorporating juice into his diet, and by working with Shawn, he has lost over 60 pounds and kept it off for over a year. He is here to teach you what he has learned, and help motivate you to meet your goals.
